Historic Huntington Fete To Be Held on Saturday 15^th July

Huntington Village is holding its traditional Fete this summer, on Saturday 15^th July. Set in the gardens of Huntington Court, home to William and Fiona Shone, the Huntington fete is one of the oldest in the county. The Fete will be opened this year by Bunty Kinsey, a local resident of Huntington who has been involved with the Fete for over 20 years.

The Fete remains popular with locals and visitors, retaining a traditional style with time-honoured favourites, including homemade cakes and produce stalls, old-fashioned garden party games, competitions, raffle prizes and delicious homemade teas.  The Fete this year will raise money for Huntington’s churches, WI, Village Hall, Newchurch Chapel and Kington Youth Hub.

The fete opens at 3 pm, and admission and parking is free.
