From Necessity to Luxury

Mark Lucas, Curator of the Welsh National Wool Museum, looks at the changing history of the wool industry in Wales. It was once a widespread industry with 900 mills, of which only a few working mills remain. Mark's illustrated talk is accompanied by a selection of woollen fabrics and historical artifacts.
