Wednesday 24th June 7.00 pm at The Burton Hotel: 'The Most Decorated Soldier in Kington'. A talk by Lt Col Andy Taylor about Lieutenant Colonel Wilkins Fitzwilliam Chipp. A pupil at Lady Hawkins School, he began his illustrious military career aged 17 in The Herefordshire Rifle Volunteer Corps. Entry is free. Any donations will go to Kington Museum
