A private house offering bed and breakfast accommodation in two single rooms. Convenient for the town and pubs and right on the Offa's Dyke footpath. The rooms are simply furnished with comfortable beds and share a shower room/wc. Breakfast comprises home-made muesli, full English (if desired) and tea/coffee, toast with Adam's home-made marmalade. As I do not keep my larder fully-stocked, please make sure to contact me in advance to arrange a booking - and to discuss any special dietary requirements. Allergy sufferers should be aware there is a resident cat, which means I do not take pets - or children under 16 years old for that matter. Long-term stays also considered. NB: The house is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. £35 pppn.

Elegant and spacious Georgian house with fine views of our large and beautiful garden. One twin room, one double - both with extremely comfortable beds, and crisp cotton sheets. Two bathrooms - one with shower, one with iron roll-top bath. Hearty cooked breakfast (as early as you wish) with our own marmalade and jam. Wet and muddy walkers and cyclists particularly welcome; clothes can be washed and dried overnight. Children welcome. Well-behaved dogs admitted if you ask us first. Free Wi-Fi. Receive a very warm welcome at our charming 16th century town house close to all amenities and with off street parking. Our rooms, one twin and one double with facility for an extra single bed, are beautifully appointed. Each have private facilities. Enjoy delicious dishes from our varied breakfast menu including traditional full English, blueberry pancakes or smoked haddock with poached egg as well as homemade preserves.
