Comfortable, eco-friendly accommodation ideally located for Kington town centre and Offa's Dyke path. There are two bedrooms, both on the first floor: one with single bed, the other with twin beds. Bathroom and toilet facilities are shared. The Bench Mark is TV-free, but wireless internet access is available. The house is on many levels and is therefore unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems. Please be aware there is a resident cat.

The accommodation is a large room on the ground floor with a double bed and sofa bed with direct access to a private patio. It has its own separate WC and use of the family bathroom.
