DESCRIPTION:Newport House-Out of Nature\nSculpture Exhibition \nIn October 2017 we stage the third Out Of Nature sculpture exhibition in the gardens and grounds of Newport House in Herefordshire. \nFor three weeks\, 1–22 October\, more than 40 sculptors\, from all over the UK\, many with an international profile\, create a visual feast set against the stunning autumnal colours of Newport House gardens. Site specific pieces are being created by invited artists before and during the show. \nA pop-up café serving home-made food prepared using produce from our organic walled garden will add to the sensory experience! \nThe show aims to raise funds and awareness for The Cart Shed\, a charity which taps into the healing effects of being outdoors. \nBut more than that\, Out Of Nature hopes to give visitors an opportunity to physically experience the wonders of nature; an opportunity to be awed by its beauty and perfection. Read more about the show’s objectives. \nArtists interested in submitting work for the next Out Of Nature show are asked to look up the guidelines\, and download the application form. Applications to participate in the 2017 show are now closed.
