DESCRIPTION:Walking For Health (W4H)\nThe following walks are held weekly throughout the year.  All welcome.\nMONDAY 2pm – Intermediate walk of one hour  in and around Kington.\nTHURSDAY 10.30 am – Every Step Counts scheme for people with limited walking ability due\, perhaps\,  to ill health\, diabetes etc.   15-30 mins\nTHURSDAY 1pm – Progression walk of 2-3 hours.  Sometimes strenuous taking in\nBradnor or Hergest Ridge. \n All walks meet at the bench opposite the YHA\, Victoria Rd\, Kington.  Dogs on leads welcome.\nFurther information tel: Paula Whitehouse 01544 598192
