SUMMARY:Rhodds Farm - Open
DESCRIPTION:Rhodds Farm started life as 2 tiny workmen’s cottages. They were turned into one and extended in Victorian times and the big threshing barn was probably built at around the same time. We moved here in September 2004 and did extensive building works\, extending the house\, converting the barn and dairy\, and restoring the granary. There was no garden when we arrived so work began on creating a new one early in 2005 and development has continued since then. It now extends to over 2 acres of garden and 13 acres of woodland.

DESCRIPTION:Historic Huntington Fete to be Held on Saturday\, 20th July \nHuntington Village is holding its traditional Fete this summer on Saturday\, July\n20th\, in the beautiful gardens of Huntington Court\, home to William and Fiona\nShone.\nThe Fete\, a unique blend of tradition and fun\, is a hit among locals and visitors\nalike. It features a variety of time-honoured favourites\, including homemade\ncakes and produce stalls\, old-fashioned garden party games\, competitions\, raffle\nprizes\, and delicious homemade teas.\nThe Fete will raise money for Huntington’s churches\, Village Hall and\, this year\,\nthe Patient Participation Group ( PPG ) of Kington Medical Practice. They are\ncurrently raising funds to buy a blood-testing centrifuge machine. At the\nmoment\, all blood is sent to Hereford\, so acquiring this machine will enable\nblood tests to be carried out during the surgery. This will considerably speed up\nthe diagnosis of local patients.\nThe fete opens at 3 pm\, and admission and parking are free.\nJoin us at Huntington Court\, Huntington\, Nr.
