^ Rhodds Farm Barn

Rhodds Barn, a converted Victorian barn, is set in a 3.5-acre landscaped garden and 16 acre wood including 2 ponds set in a rural and extremely quiet setting, although only 2 miles from the well-known market town of Kington.  Over 60ft long internally, it is light and spacious, set over two floors, with 2 ensuite bedrooms, sleeping 4. Most of the ground floor is a large sitting and dining area with well equipped kitchen, wood burning stove (we provide all wood), extensive library, full height windows, a genuine working 1959 Wurlitzer jukebox, and additional separate shower/cloakroom.  On the first floor is a further large seating area with TV with a balcony overlooking wildlife pond and fields. Gallery landing leading to two ensuite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin or double. Parking available outside Barn entrance. Pets by arrangement. The gardens of Rhodds Farm are well known and open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer.   Guests are free to access all aspects of the garden.
